It’s that time of the year when we
have our annual fund raiser to support the Greater Hazleton Rails to
Trails (GHRT) under the Greater Hazleton Area Civic Partnership
(GHACP). Our Third Base Hoagie sale last year was successful and
everyone enjoys the hoagies so we are going to do it again. Enclosed
in this letter are 5 hoagie tickets that you can either sell or
purchase. As a Rail to Trails supporter we do not charge a membership
fee or any other fee but appreciate your support of this fund raiser
that not only helps out the Rails to Trails efforts but awards you
with the best Hoagie in town. If circumstances are such that you
cannot sell or purchase the tickets please destroy them because all
of them are numbered and registered.
The purchaser simply has to stop off at
the Third Base Luncheonette located at 704 Carson Street in Hazleton
to redeem the hoagie ticket. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAST DAY TO
REDEEM THE TICKET IS MAY 1, 2010.
In addition to hoagies, we are offering
Longo Pizza Kits. The kits will be available for pick-up at the GHRT
Parking Lot Thursday March 24th between 4:00 and 5:00 PM
Forms to fill out and return to GHACP are also enclosed.
A flyer to post at your place of
employment accompanies this letter. We are hoping to get some large
corporate orders to insure the success of this sale. Any orders of
over 20 hoagies for the same day delivery will be delivered free
within a 20 mile radius of Hazleton.

Orders with money, cash or checks made
out to the “Civic Partnership”, must be turned in by Tuesday
March 19th for pizza sales, and Sunday
May 1st for the hoagie sales at
the Greater Hazleton Area Chamber of Commerce Office located at
Citiscape, 20 West Broad Street, Hazleton. The orders may also be
mailed with a check to the Greater Hazleton Area Civic Partnership,
HOAGIE / PIZZA SALE, Citiscape, 20 W. Broad Street, Hazleton, PA
18201-6418.
