Greater Hazleton Area Civic Partnership

GATEWAY BEAUTIFICATION PHOTOS   The Greater Hazleton Gateway Beautification Pilot Project consisted of a planting of trees, flowers, and shrubs along both roadsides of State Route 924 as well as in the median strip. A "Welcome to Greater Hazleton" sign has been placed in the traffic island. The Beautification Project helped further the potential reclamation of strip mining lands that lie past the project area.
