Greater Hazleton Area Civic Partnership

The Volunteer Center of Greater Hazleton was developed as a result of the GHACP.  Early on the Civic Partnership saw a need to have a bank of volunteers ready to work on projects.  There were many volunteers in our area who wanted to help but did not know the needs or how to go about volunteering.
